In the Name of God Amen I Sarah May of the
Town and County of Poole widow (of Nicholas May late of Poole aforesaid
Newfoundland planter, deceased) being infirm in body but of sound and disposing Mind
Memory and understanding (thanks be given to Almighty God for it) considering
the uncertainty of this Mortal Life Do make and declare this my last Will
and Testament in manner and form following (that is to day) First I will
that all my just Debts and funeral Expences be paid and discharged Also I give
and bequeath unto John Colborne the younger of Poole aforesaid Schoolmaster and my
Niece Susanna his Wife the sum of one shilling each Also I give to William
Colborne son of the said John Colborne a Silver Watch And to William Pike
and Sarah Pike, son and daughter of my late deceased Nephew William
Pike a Silver Table Spoon each Also I give and devise unto my Niece
Mary Pike daughter of William Pike late of Poole aforesaid Mariner deceased
and Hannah his wife, also deceased, All That my messuage Tenement or
dwelling house with the Outhouses Garden Hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging Situate lying and being in Fish Street in Poole aforesaid now in
the tenure and occupation of William Critchell junr and known by the Name or sign
of the Rising Sun And also, all other my Land Tenements and Real Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to my said Niece Mary Pike her Heirs
and Assigns for ever, All the Rest residue and remainder of my Goods and
Chattels Money and Securities for money and other my Personal Estate whatsoever
and wheresoever which at the time of my decease I shall be possed of Interested in or
intitled unto I do give and bequeath unto my said Niece Mary Pike freely to be at
her disposal for ever, And I do nominate and appoint my said Niece Mary
Pike whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking
and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Eleventh day
of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty
Signed Sealed published and declared by the said
Sarah Mary as and for her last Will and Testament			Sarah May
in the presence of us who at her request in her
presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our Names as Witnesses
