This is the last Will of me
Francis John Lys formerly of Wangfield in the County of 
Southampton but now of St James Crescent Winchester in the same county
Esquire whereby I give devise and bequeath and appoint all my real 
and personal estate and effects of every sort kind and description of which
I may die seized possessed or entitled to or over which I have any
disposing power by will unto my three dear daughters Isabella Mary Ann
Lys Henrietta Astley Lys and Elizabeth Mary Lys their heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns absolutely as tenants in common and not as joint tenants
And I appoint my said three daughters joint Executrixes of this my Will
and do hereby revoke all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time here
tofore made In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eleventh
day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven   Fra

the Testator as and for his last Will in the presence of us who in his presence 
at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names as Witnesses   Chas J Gunner Solr Bishops Waltham 
Moses Smith Searvant to Mr Lys

Proved at London 12th of Decr 1857 before the Judge by the Oaths of 
Isabella Mary Ann Lys Spinster Henrietta Astley Lys Spinster and Elizabeth
Mary Lys Spinster the daughters the Executrixes to whom Admon was 
granted having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer
