I Robert Lock of the parish of Dinton in the 
County of Wilts Recommending my Soul unto the mercy of God
through Jesus Christ my Saviour doe make this my last Will
and Testament Revoking all others formerly made Item I give 


unto my loving Wife all my Right and Tytle which I have 
in the moiety of Chapple Farme with all its appurtenances
in the parish of East Noyle in the County of Wilts during her 
Life Upon this Speciall Condition That she shall at all tymes 
during her life fill up the said Estate in Case any Life shall
faile by renewing and putting in another Life And after my
said Wifes death Then I give the said Moiety of the said Chapple 
Farme with all its appurtenances unto my daughter Elizabeth
Judeth Lock her heires and assignes for ever Item I give unto 
my said loving Wife the sume of Four hundred pounds to be 
paid her within twelve months after my decease Item I make 
Sr James How Barronet of Berwick St Leonard in the County of 
Wilts and Rowland Berrisford of Lincolns Inne in the County 
of Middlesex Esquire my Executors for my said Daughter Elizabeth 
Judeth untill she shall attaine to her age of Twenty one yeares 
or be marryed In Trust as aforesaid for my said daughter Elizabeth 
Judeth, And then I will that my said daughter Elizabeth Judeth
shall be my sole Executrix, And I give unto her all my Goods
and Chattells which I shall leave at the tyme of my decease 
In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this
Tenth day of April 1716  Robert Lock  Signed sealed and delivered
in the presence of us whose names are subscribed and at the 
same tyme published and declared by the said Robert Lock in our 
presence to be his last Will and Testament Witness our hands
