This is the last Will
and Testament of me Mary Harris of the Town and 
County of Poole Widow of Anthony Harris late of the
same place Bricklayer deceased which I make in
manner following that is to say I order and direct
my just Debts Funeral Expences and the charges of
the probate of this my Will to be first paid and 
discharged I give and bequeath unto my Sister
Susannah Colborne Widow of the late John Colborne

one Shilling only I give and bequeath unto my Sister
Sarah Pike of Poole aforesaid three hundred pounds
Stock part of my Stock in ??? three per Cent
consolidated Bank annuities I give and bequeath 
unto my Niece Susannah Hayward Widow
daughter of my said Sister Susannah Colborne
three hundred pounds Stock other part of my 
said Stock and a Gold pair of ????ons I give and
bequeath   to George Hayward son of my said
Niece Susannah Hayward fifty pounds Stock other
part of my said Stock and to her Sons William 
Hayward and John Hayward ten pounds
Stock each other part of my said Stock I give
and bequeath to my said Sister Sarah Pike and
to my said Niece Susannah Hayward all my
Cloaths and Wearing Apparel and also my
Rings except my G?????? Ring which I give to
my Nephew William Pike herein after named 
equally to be divided between them I give and 
bequeath unto the said George Hayward Son of my
said Niece my Silver pint marked "T Ollive Poole
1754" I give and bequeath to Flower Coffen
wife of John Coffen of Longham Sister of my
said late Husband fifty pounds Stock other part
of my said Stock and to Elizabeth Follett and
Charity King Daughters of the said Flower Coffen
fifty pounds Stock apiece other part of my said
Stock I give and bequeath to Sarah Froud wife of
Peter Froud and daughter of my said Husbands late
Brother fifty pounds Stock other part of my 
said Stock and to William Harris Son of my said


Husbands Brother fifty pounds Stock other 
part of my said Stock and a Silver Watch

Poole" And as to all the Rest Residue and
Remainder of my Estate and Effects
whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal
I give devise and bequeath the same to my
Nephew William Pike Son of my late Brother
William Pike deceased To hold to him his Heirs
Executors administrators and assigns absolutely for
ever whom I appoint sole Executor of this my
Will And I direct him to pay to my Servant
who shall be living with me at my death five
pounds unless I shall order the contrary by any
Note in Writing to be signed by me in which 
case such Bequest to my Servant shall be
considered as revoked In witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my Hand and seal this twenty eighth
day of December in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and ninety nine  Mary
Harris LS  Signed sealed published and
declared by Mary Harris the Testratrix as and for
her last will and Testament in the presence of
us who at her Request in her presence and in the presence of
each other have subscribed our Names as witnesses
attesting the due Execution thereof  ??? Parr

This Will was proved at London on the
tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and two before The
Right Honorable Sir William Wynne
Knight Doctor of Law Master Keeper or
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of
Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of
William Pike the Nephew of the deceased and
the sole Executor named in the said Will to
whom administration of all and singular the
the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased
was granted he having been first sworn by
Commission duly to administer
