In the Name of God Amen
I Anthony Harris of the Town and County of Poole
Bricklayer being of sound and disposing Mind Memory
and Understanding thanks be given to Almighty God
fot it but considering the certainty of death and the 
uncertainty of the time when do make and declare 
this my last will and Testament in manner and
form following that is to say First I will that all
my just Debts and Funeral Expences be paid and
discharged All the rest residue and remainder of my
Goods and chattels Money and other my Personal estate
whatsoever And also all my Lands and Tenements
and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall
die possessed of interested in or entitled unto at the
time of my decease I give devise and bequeath unto
my loving wife Mary Harris her Heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns freely to be at her disposal
for ever and I do nominate and appoint my said wife
Mary sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
hereby revoking and making void all former and other
wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this
fourth day of September in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and eighty three Anthony
Harris LS Signed Sealed Published and declared by
the said Anthony Harris the Testator as and for his


last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at
his request in his presence and int he presence of each
other have subscribed our Names as Witnesses Martha
Fawconer  Elizabeth Mead  John Seer

This Will was proved at London on the
thirteenth day of December in the year of our Lord
one Thousand seven Hundred and ninety three before
the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne Knight
Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the
Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by
the Oath of Mary Harris widow the Relict of the
deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will to
whom Administration was granted of all and singular
the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased
having been first sworn by Commission duly to 
administer
