In the Name of God Amen I Barnard Greene of the Towne and County of Poole Malter (Being Weake of Body but of good and PERfe??
memory thanks bee g????? Almighty God for it) Considering the uncerta??ty of this mortall Life And being willing to settle the small matter of Estate which G??
in his Mercy hath Lent mee i?????? World Doe make this my Last will and Testament in manner and Forme Following That is to say Imprimas I committ
my soule into the hands of Almig???? God my Creator and into the hands of Jesus Chr??? my onely Saviour and Redeemer in whose merritt and mercy I hope for Eternall Life My Body I
Committ to the Ground to bee decen??? Buryed And my Funurall to bee Ordered by th???scression of my Wife hereafter named Executrix Item I will that my Debts which I shall owe
when I Decease bee well and tru??? satisfyed Contented and paid And then What beside shall bee Remaining of my Estate both Reall and presonall I give and bequeath as followeth Impri??
I give and bequeath unto my Loveing wife Mary Imediately from and after my Decease ??? dwelling house Malthouse and Turfe house & stable   And the garden adjoyning and therunto
belonging which Reacheth as farr as a Goosbury Hedge that Crosseth the said Garden unto the said Mary my Loving wife as Long as shee shall Live and keepe hirselfe a Widdow in my Name and
Noe Longer And also I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Greene One paire of the very best of my sheets (such as shee shall chuse) And also all the same goods that was hir owne 
goods before hir marriadge with I give and bequeath unto my said wife Mary Greene for Ever And after the Marriadge or death of my said Wife (which shall first happen) I give and 
bequeath the aforesaid Dwelling house of mine and Turfe house & stable   To Joane Seager the wife of James Seager of the Towne and County of Poole for the time of hir Naturall
Life Item also I give and bequeath unto hir the said Joane Seager ye wife of James Seager aforesaid the Garden Plott Lying beyond ye Goosebury hedge aforesaid & against ye Lane
Containing about Tenn Perches to have and to hold the same garden plott Imediately from and after the Day of my Decease for and During hir Naturall Life And after the Death
of Joane Seager the wife of James Seager aforesaid I give and bequeath the aforesaid Dwelling house of mine and Turfe house stable & Garden of Tenn Perches aforesaid To Sussana Seager daughter of James
Seager by Joane his Wife If the said Sussana happen to survive the said Joane hir mother if not, Or if shee the said Sussana shall happen to Dye without Isshue of hir body
then in such case the aforesaid Dwelling house of mine and Turfe house stable and also ye aforesaid Garden Plott Lying beyond the Goosebury hedge aforesaid & against the Lane Containing about 
Tenn Perches shall Decend and goe unto the other Children of the said James Seager by Joane his wife And for want of such shall decend and goe to one of the Daughters 
of Walter Baker and to such Daughter of Walter Baker that happeneth to have most need of it And as my Overseers hereafter in such Case shall Judg to have most Need of it
Item I also give her the said Susanna Seager Imediately after the Marriage or Death of my Wife Mary Green (which shall first happen) A settle bedd & a great Cubberd 
now standing in my Dwelling house And a Feather bedd and a Feather bolster to bee Delivered hir by my Executrix hereafter named in these presents if shee the said Sussana
Seager shall happen to Live to attaine unto ye Age of One & Twentie years or to bee Marryed Provided my said Wife my Executrix can spare it and doe not want ye same
hirselfe And also a standing bedddsteed with the Curtens and Vallons therunto Now belonging standing in my Chamber And also a great Cheat also now standing in my
said Chamber Item I also give unto the said Susanna Seager the some of Five  pounds starling to bee paid hir when shee shall attaine unto ye Age of One and Twentye
years or bee Marryed but if shee happen to Dye before Then I give the said Five pounds unto the surviving Children of Child of James Seager by Joane his wife that shall
bee then Living to survive the said Sussana to bee paid at the Age of One & Twentye years or Marryage 
  Item I give and bequeath to my Kinswoman Alice Wadham the Daughter of Jane Wadham my Brass Jack to bee delivered after my wifes decease 
And after the marriage or Death of my said wife (which shall First happen) I give and Bequeath the aforesaid Mault house of mine backside backside and Garden
above mentioned which Reacheth to a Goosbury Hedge that Crosseth the said Garden togeather with all the utencells for making mault in the said mault house 
And also my furnice in the Brewhouse unto Simon Greene and Mary Greene the Children of my Brother Simon Greene And unto Mary Ann and Martha the 
Three Daughters of my Brother Jhn Greene Deceased To have and to ho?? to them Imediately after the marriage or Death of my said wife Mary (which shall
First happen) For Ever, Equally to bee divided between them And my will is that my said Kinsman Simon Greene shall have the preferrence to buy the said
mault house at a modderate price before any other PERson (If he desirs it) 
Item I give and bequeath unto my sister Ann Greene the some of Three pounds ??bee paid in One year after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my Kinswoeman
Mary Payne wife of William Payne One paire of sheets Two Napkins the Great Brass Pott, and a Platter to bee Delivered hir Imediately after my Decease And moreover
also I give hir the some of Fower pounds starling to bee paid in One yeare after ??? Decease  Item I give and bequeath unto my Kinswoeman Ann King the Wife of 
Soloman King Imediately after my Decease One paire of Sheets and Tw???apkins the Greatest Silver Dish and a Platter Adn also If I happen to Dye and no
to Receive my Five Pounds that I Lent to Solloman King above Named ?????give it to Ann King the aforesaid wife of Soloman King Imediately ????????????
Item I give and bequeath unto my Kinswoeman Martha Greene Daughter ?? my said Sister Ann Greene Imediately after my Decease One paire of sheets Two Napkins
Six pewter platters And One platter And also after the Death of my said wife Mary I give the said Martha Greene my Great Bible with Clapce And moreover 
also I give hir the said Martha Greene the some of Fower pounds starling ??? bee paid hir in Two years after my Decease Item I give and bequeath unto my Loveing 
brother Simon Greene Imediately after the Marriage or Death of my Wife Ma?? Greene (which shall first happen) One Rugg of a spotted Culler And to his children Simon
Greene and Mary Greene halfe a dossen of Napkins betweene them vizt Three Napkins to Each of them to bee delivered to my said Brother Simon Greene for the use of his said Two
Children Imediately after my Decease And also I give to them the aforesaid Two Children to Each of them the some of Fower pounds starling to bee paid in Three yeares after 
my Decease Item I give and bequeath to Sussana Russell my Kinswoeman my Spruse Chest and a pewter Platter Imediately after my Decease Item I give and 
bequeath unto Elizabeth Baker my Kinswoman Imediately after the Marriage of Death of my Wife Mary Greene (which shall first happen) a Little Brass pott Item I give
and bequeath unto my Kinswoman Magdalen Baker A Table bord and Fower Joynt Stooles and a pewter platter and a bord Cloth to bee delivered Imediately after my Decease 
Item I give and bequeath unto my Kinsman Joseph Baker A Silver Spoone to bee delivered him Imediately after my Decease And also my Brass Pann Imediately after the
Marriage or Death of my Wife Mary Greene (which shall First happen) And my Right unto ye Fee and Inheritance of the plott of Garden ground situated with One
side therof Adjoying to my Turfehouse and the other side therof Adjoyning to my bigger Garden for him my said Kinsman Joseph Baker and his heires to Injoy it
at the Expiration of sertaine terme of yeares which his Father at present hold it by All the Rest and Remainder of all my Estate both Reall and PERsonall
yt I have in this world I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid Dear and wellbeloved wife Mary Greene And I also make hir sole and whole Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament And I doe declare that I doe hereby make voyd all other former Wills and Declare thsi to bee my onely Last will & Testament 
And I doe Nominate and appoint Mr Shadrack Beale Senior one of the Aldermen and Majestates of the Towne and County of Poole And Mr Thomas Wadham
and Mr John Bayley of the Towne and County of Poole aforesaid And Mr Edward Prince of Breamore to bee the Overseeors of this my Last will and Testament 
In Wittness wherof I have here unto sett my hand and seale the second Day of January in the Third yeare of the Reigne of or Sovereigne Lady
Queene Ann of England Scotland France and Ireland &c In the yeare of or Lord God One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Fower
