I Mary Gosse widow of the late John Gosse of Poole in the County of Dorset do this 25th day of April the year of our Lord 1836 make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First I desire to be decent ly and privately buried and with as little expence as may be and that after the payment of my debts funeral expences and the expence of proving this my will the remainder of my Property shall be invested in good security for the benefit of my two daughtes Mary and Susan Gosse who shall enjoy the interest thereof during their lives or untill the day of their marriage if they or either of them should marry and at the death or marriage of either the survivor of them shall receive the interest of the whole till her death or marriage and on either of these events occurring then my property shall be equally divided amongst all my surviving children their heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for their own use and benefit absolutely And I do hereby appoint sole Executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament set and subscribed my hand and seal the day and year above written Mary Gosse LS Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Mary Gosse as her last will & testament in the presence of us John Gosse John Gosse Ancell On the 17th Septr 1851 admon (with the will annexed) of the goods chattels and credits of Mary Gosse late of Poole in the County of Dorset widow deceased was granted to Mary Gosse and Susan Gosse spinsters the daughters and interested in the residue of the Personal Estate and Effects of the said deceased having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer No Executor named in the said will
