This is the last Will and Testament 
of me Robert Durell now Residing at Poole in the County of
Dorset Son of Robert Tito Durell late of the Parish of Bermond-
sey London Master Mariner Deceased first I desire that all my
just Debts and funeral expences  together with proving this my
will be paid and satisfied and I give and bequeath to my
Mother Mary Ann Slade now the Wife of John Slade the
Sum of ten pounds to buy her mourning All the Rest Residue
and Remainder of my estate and effects both real and personal
be the same wherever the may be in possession or reversion I



give devise and bequeath to my three brothers David Thomas and
John Barnes Durell and the survivors and survor of them his
heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever And
lastly I appoint my uncles John Nickleson Durell and David
Durell Executors and Trustees to this my last Will as well guar
dians to my said three brothers during their minority In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 
fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty
eight  Robt Durell  Signed Sealed Published and declared by
the said Robert Durell as and for his last Will and Testament in
the presence of who at his request and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto  Harry
Watts  T R Durell  Charlotte G Dore

Proved at London 26th May 1832 before the Judge by the
Oath of David Durell the Uncle the surviving executor to whom
admon was granted being first sworn (by comon) duly to admr
