	In Silly Island on board the George and Mary the 8th Decembr 1726

In the Name of God Amen
I do recommend my Soule to the Lord Jesus Christ in whome I
Trust being in perfect memory but of a weake Estate of health I doe
declare that this is my last Will and Testament as follows I do make
my beloved Uncle Durell Senior and William Claves Senr to
be my lawfull Trustees to dispose of my whole Estate as follows
Item I give unto my beloved brother David Durell my Clock in my
house and Tenn pounds in money to make him a Suite of mourning
and I do give unto my beloved Aron   Durell my
watch and tenn pounds to make him a suite of Mourning And I do
give unto my Trustees John Durell and William Cleaves five
pounds each for Mourning And all the rest of my goods and chattels
money at interest bonds and parts of shipps I do give to my beloved
wife Mary Durell after my debts and Funerall charges be paid
Witness my hand the day and date above mentioned Jno Durell Junr
