I David Durall of the parish of St Olaves
Southwark in the County of Surrey Mariner being now in Bodily 
health and of sound and perfect mind and memory priase be given to 
Almighty God for the same being now bound to Sea and considering the 
perils and dangers thereof and other uncertainties of this Transitory life Doe
(for avoiding Controversies after my decease) make publish and declare 
these presents to contain and be as my only last Will and Testmaent in
manner following (that is to say) First I recommend my Soul to the Almighty


God that gave it hoping that throught he Death and merits of my Dear Lord and
Saviour Jesus Christ to have a joyfull Resurrection my Body I committ to the Earth
or Sea as it shall please God to order and as for and concerning my Worldly Estate 
wherewith it hath pleased the Almighty God to bless me I give bequeath and dispose
thereof in manner following (vizt) I give and bequeath unto my Dear and Loving 
Wife Ann Durall all my moneys Plate Rings Jewells Lands Tenements Houses 
Rents Wages parts of Ships Freights profits Debts goods chattles and Estate
whatsoever both reall or personall or of what kind or nature soever which of 
right belong unto me at the time of my Decease And I doe hereby nominate and 
appoint my said Loving Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And
in case my said Loving Wife Ann should depart this life before me without Issue 
of her Body lawfull begotten then I give devise and bequeath the same as follows
that is to say the severall Legacys following to be paid out of the moneys mentioned
in the Deed or Contract of our Marraige Settlement Imprimis I give and bequeath 
unto my Honoured Father Moses Durall of Poole in the County of Dorsett One
Hundred pounds Item I give and bequeath unto my Loving Brother Moses
Durall of Islington in the County of Middx Apothecary the sum of One hundred
pounds Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Mary Hooper the Wife of John
Hooper of Poole aforesaid the sum of One Hundred pounds to be to her and the 
Heirs of her Body for ever Item I give and bequeath unto Mrs Ann Durall of 
Poole aforesaid the sum of One Hundred pounds Item I give and bequeath to my
uncle William Cock of Poole aforesaid One hundred pounds Item I give and
bequeath to my Nephew David Durell the Son of my Brother Moses the sum of 
Fifty pounds Item I give and bequeath to my Nephew Moses Hooper the Son of 
my Sister Mary Hooper the sum of Fifty pounds Item all the rest residue and 
remainder of my Estate and Effects of Right belonging unto me at my Decease I
give and bequeath to my Mother in Law Elizabeth How of St Olaves parish in
the County of Surrey Widow my Will and mind is that in case my said Loving 
wife Ann survives me the Legacys in this my Will bequeathed shall be at my
said Wife's disposal and in case my said Wife shall depart this life before me
I appoint and desire my said unkle William Cock and Robert Smith of the parish
of St Olaves Southwarke Backwork Maker which are Trustees in my Marriage
Settlement to be Executors and Trustees to see this my last Will performed hereby 
revoking and making void all former or other Wills Testaments Deeds of Gift by me at
any time heretofore made and I doe hereby ordain and ratifie these presents to be for
and as my only last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last 
Will sett my hand and seal this Nineteenth day of April Annoq Dni One thousand
seven hundred and fourteen and in the Thirteenth year of the Reigne of our 
Soveraigne Lady Ann Queen of Great Britain Frane and Ireland &c  David Durell
Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testator as his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us Anne Durall to have One Hundred pounds Harry
