Know all Men by these prsents
that I Richard Deathick of St Katherines neer the Tower of London
Mariner Have assigned and made my loving Friend Rebecka Deacon of 
the same widow my true and lawfull Attorney for me in my name and for
my use to claim and demand all such dues debts duties wages sume and
sumes of money and monies worth due in right belonging to me by and from 
any person or persons whatsoever Granting unto my said Attorney full power
and authority in the Law if deniall be made to arrest and proceed to 
Judgment and execucon and every other act and acts in the Laws


due and perform in soe doing I ratify and confirm as if I were present and did the 
same In the name of God Amen I make this my last Will and Testament and
appoint my said loving Friend my full Executrix of the same and doe hereby
Will devise and bequeath unto my said loving Friend Rebecka Deacon and 
to her Heires Executors Administrators and Assignes for ever after my
decease All and singuler such Estates as I shall dye possessed interessed of 
whatsoever In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal the 
Twelfth day of December in the Fourth year of the reign of our Soveraign
Lord King James the second of England Richard Dethick Sealed and
in the presence of Garret Head his marke Ed Loneis Scr
