In the Name of God Amen
I Isaac Deathick of the Town and County of Pool Seafareing
Man being sick and weak of Body but of sound and perfect
mind and memory praised be Almighty God and considering 
the uncertainty of this Life am minded to make my Will


and to dispose of such temporall Estate as it hath pleased Almighty
God to bestow upon me (vizt) First and principally I recommend
my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through
the merits of Jesus Christ to have free pardon and forgiveness
of all my sins and to inherit Everlasting Life And my Body
I committ to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion
of my Executor hereinafter named And as touching my
temporall Estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth 
Item I give unto my loving Sister Susannah Harvey one 
shilling Item I give unto my loving Brother Jacob Deathick
one shilling Item I give unto my Kinswoman Rachell Lester 
now Wife of Frances Lester the summer of Twenty pounds
lawfull money of this Kingdom Item I give unto my Kinswoman
Mary Woodford now Wife of James Woodford the summe of 
Ten pounds lawfull money of this Kingdom Item I give unto
my Kinswoman Mary Taverner Daughter of Susannah
Harvey the summe of Ten pounds lawfull money of this Kingdom
Item I give unto my Kinswoman Emma Fish the summe of 
Ten pounds lawfull money of this Kingdom Item I give 
unto my Kinsman James Taverner the summer of Ten pounds 
lawfull money of this Kingdom All the rest and residue of my
personall Estate moneys goods chattles rights and creditts 
whatsoever not herein before given I give and bequeath 
unto my Kinsman Isaac Taverner whom I hereby nominate 
and appoint to be my full and sole Executor of this my last
Will and Testament Revoking all former Wills and Testaments 
heretofore by me made and do ordain this to be my only last
Will and Testamnet In Witness whereof I the said Isaac 
Deathick to this my last Will and Testament have hereunto
sett my hand and Seal this Fifth Day of February Anno Dni 1711/12
the mark of Isaac Deathick Sealed published and declared to
be the last Will and Testament of the said Isaac Deathick
in the presence of Thomas Emberly Marthew Dean the mark
of Mary Gye
