In the Name of God Amen I Mary Deane the wife of William Deane of Parkson in the County of Dorsett
in PERfect health at this prsent but knowing the uncertaintye of this prsent Life Doe make my Last will and Testament in
Manner and forme following Imprs my soule I committ into ye hands of Almighty God Beleeving in him & firmely trusting 
upon Jesus Christ my Redeemer for Everlasting Life My Body to my Husband to bee Committed to ye Earth in a xtian and deasant 
Mannar & as to the Estate of this world which I have to dispose of wch I had when I was a widdow & otherways belonging unto
mee now I give and dispose of the same in manner and forme following First it is my will & intent & desire & doe I
by these prsents give & freely order & consent yt the some of Fortye Pounds which my now Husband had of mee in Marriadge 
If I decease before my said now Husband (William Deane) bee paid wthin six Months after my decease by my said Husband or else
give his Obligation wthin six moneths after my decease unto John Gigger & Sarah Eyre my Mother wch mony is to bee for the 
use of Mary Deane wn shee arrive unto the age of One & Twentye Yeares or Day of Marriadge & ye said John Gigger of 
Poole & Sarah Eyre my Mother in the meanetime I make my Executors in trust for tye same for & in behalf of my said Child
Mary Deane   Item I give ye some of Fortye One Pounds to John Lewce wch is in Mony due viz from Joseph Skivington
the principall some is due Thirtye pounds and from Roger Fisher of Poole five pounds principall & from Mrs Mary
Pittman Widdow of Poole Fower pounds principall & George Lately of Poole Fortye shillings I give ye same to him my
said sonn John Lewce at ye Age of One & Twentye yeares or dy of Marriadge & in ye Meane time I make my freinds Mr 
John Gigger of Poole & my Mother Sarah Eyre aforesaid Executors in trust for ye same in behalfe of my sd Child & sonn
John Lewce above named  Also I give all my other money plate & goods in Poole and out of Poole in whose hands
& Custodye soever it bee in England unto John Lewce Last above named (excepting  a Bedd & ye furniture belonging to it
wch is in my Husbands House in Parkson & six Tinn Platt?s a Press  otherwise called a Cubbard Three paire of sheetes &
Two Dosson of Napkins & a bord Cloth & Three silver spoones & a silver cupp marked M:E & also a silver Tankard
also marked IES & my wearing Apparell both of wooling & Lining wch I give to my Child Mary Deane (after my decease) & also wn
shee come to ye Age of One & Twentye yeares of Age or dy of Marriadge & in the Meanetime I make my Frinds 
Mr John Gigger of Poole & my mother Sarah Eyre above named Executors in trust for ye same in behalfe of my
said Child Mary Deane & Excepting out of the Apparell if my Mother survive mee I give to my mother Sarah Eyre Two black
silk petty coates also I give to Mary Deane my Wedding Ring & Two small plaine Gold Rings Excepting also I Give
to my sister Sarah Stoodley of Dorchester one Redd silke petty Coate & One Gold Ring wth 3 stones & One small little
plaine gold Ring which I give to my sd sister Imediately after my decease) all my goods & Chattells PERsonall estate Plate Money
Right & titell to any goods yt I ought to have had in whose hands soever it bee in or oweing to mee from or giveth to mee (in my
possession or any other PERsons possession) given to mee by my Mother Sarah Eyre or any other body All my said goods Chattells
PERsonall estate Plate Mony household stuff in ye world (excepting onely wt I have PARticularly given to May Deane & my Mother
& unto my sister Sarah Stoodley according as it is above in PARticulars expressed) I give all unto my said sonn John Lewce 
and I make him my sole Executor of this my Last will & Testament & untill hee shall attaine unto ye Age of One
& Twentye years I give power of ye same unto John Gigger & Sarah Eyres above named Executors also In trust 
of this my Last will & Testament & of all things Relateing to mee or any of my Children In Wittness whereof I
have sett my Hand & seale this six day of June in ye Third yeare of ye Reigne of or sovergne Lord King James
