In the name of God Amen
I William Colborne of the Town and County of Poole Trader to Newfoundland
do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following
First I Will that all my just Debts and Funeral expences be paid and
discharged and after such my Debts and Funeral expences are paid 
I do give and bequeath unto my Wife Martha Colborne all and singular
my Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, Gardens, Outhouses and premises
with the Appurtenances situate in Poole aforesaid Also I give and
bequeath unto my said Wife Martha Colborne all that my Leashold
Tenement with the appurtenances situate in Hiley's Orchard in the
said Town and County of Poole during the remainder of my Term and
Interest therein Also I give and bequeath untto my said Wife
Martha Colborne all my ready Money, security and securities for
Money, Plate, Houshold Goods and Furniture, Books, Cloaths, Credits,
Effects and personal Estate whatsoever wheresoever and of what
kind and nature so ever which I Die possessed of, Interested in, and
Intitled unto at the time of my Decease.  To hold the same and
every part of the above during the Term of her natural Life.  And
from and after her Decease to the Heirs of her Body Lawfully begotten
by me the said William Colborne equal share and share alike to be
???? for ever but in case she should not have any Children by me
Then I Will that after her Decease every part shall devolve to my
Mother Susanna Colborne during the Term of her natural Life and
from and after her Decease to my Three Sisters Susanna Hayward,
Hannah Pike Colborne and Mary Colborne to be divided equally
amongst them or the survivor or survivors of them.  And lastly
I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the said Martha Colborne
Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking
all former Wills by me heretofore made ratifying and confirming this
to stand and be as and for my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I the said William Colborne the Testator have hereunto set
my Hand and Seal the Thirtieth day of March One Thousand and Seven
Hundred and Ninety Three

request & in the presence of each other) have
signed our Names as Witnesses

	Martha Colborne the sole Executrix
named in the within Will was duly sworn to
the same as usual before me this Third day of
July one thousand eight hundred and twenty

The Testator was late as within described trading at Saint Johns in the Island
of Newfoundland in North America and died
on the twentieth day of February 1803
