In the Name of God Amen I william Cock of the Towne and County of Poole Marriner, being in good
Health of Boddy and of Sound and Perfect minde and Memory Thancks be therefore given to Allmighty God But
being bound out in a Long and dangerous voyage to sea And knowing the uncertanty of this Mortall Life and the 
Certanty of death and being willing to settle my worldly Affaires  before I dye Doe make this my 
Last will and Testament In Manner and Forme Following Inprs I Comend my soule into the Hands of Allmighty
God my Creator Hopeing through the Merritts and Mediation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to Inherite Eternall
Life My boddy I Comitt to the Earth or sea (As God in his Providence shall dispose thereof) to be decently Buried
And as to what Temporall Estate God of his Mercy hath bin pleased to bestowe uppon me in this world I give and
Bequeath the same as Followeth Inprs I will that all my Just debts and Funerall Expences shall be Justly paid 
and discharged by my Executrix     hereafter named Item I give and bequeath unto my Loveing
wife Joane Cock dureing her Naturall Life all my Estae in Lands good and Chattells of what nature or Kinde soever 
And after The death or decease of my said wife Joan Cock I Give and bequeath All the Monye and other goods &
Chattell that shall be Left by her of Mine, at the tyme of her death or decease unto my Brother in Law Moses Durell
and his Children viz himselfe his sonne Moses Durell David Durell Joan Hooper the wife of John Hooper and Anna Durell
his Two daughters, And to my Two sisters Dorothy Cock And Amey Ackerman widdow of Richard Akerman deceased
and to Amey & Joane Ackerman   her Two daughters Equally to be divided between them
     That is to say the one halfe thereof to my Brother in Law Moses Durell and his Children above
named or the survivors of them, And the other halfe thereof to my Two sisters Dorothy Cock and Amey Akerman And Amey
and Joane daughters of the said Amey or the survivors of them
Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Loeving Nephew David Durell sonn of my said Brother in Law Moses
Durell My Mantion or dwelling house in Poole scittuate in Thames Street ???re in which I now Live ???
Garden Mallthouses outhouses Celler and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging To have and to holde the
same (Imediately from and after the decease of my said Wife) to him & his Heirs for Ever, he Paying out of the same
To my said Two sisters Dorothy and Amey, And to Amey and Joane daughters of my said sister Amey the sume of Fifty
Pounds Equally to be divided betweene them And allso Fifty Pounds more to my said Brother in Law Moses Durell
And his sonne Moses, And daughter Mary Hooper and Anna Durell, Equally to be divided betweene them
withThis Proviso Notwithstanding That my said Nephew David Durell Come and Reside in Poole aforesaid and 
dwell in the said Manson house			and Not otherwise, But if my said Nephew David Durell shall
Refuse so to doe, Then My will is That from and after such Refuseall The said Mantion house Gardens Mallthouse
Cellers and Appurtenances shall be forthwith sould, And the Mony that shall be Produced by such sale, to be
Equally divided as above betweene my Brother in Law Moses Durell, his Two sonns Moses & David & his Two daughters Mary
and Anna, And my Two sisters Dorothey and Amey And Amey & Joane daughters of the said Amey my sister 
with this Difference onely that the said David Durell shall have a double share of the monyes so to be divided and 
the said Anna Durell one share and Tenn pounds over, To be taken out of the said Mony before division threof and
then the Remaindr to be Equally divided as aforesaid
And I doe hereby make and ordeine my said Loveing wife Joane Cock
To be the sole Executrix    of this my Last will and Testament, AndI doe Renounce and Make voyd & null
by these prsents All former wills and Testaments by me heretofore made And doe declare these prsents to be my onely Last
will and Testament In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the Nineteenth day of August in the 
second Yeare of the Reigne of our sovraigne Lord King George over Great Brittaine France & Ireland defendr of
the Fayth &c Annoq Dni 1715

his onely Last will & Testament    fower obliteracons in fower Lines of this will
being first oblitterated or blotted out in prsence off

	Whereas my Brother Mr Moses Durell is now
	Deceased My Further Will and Desire is That whatsoever
	is mentioned in the within Written Will to be Given to my
	sd Brother shall be and I do hereby Give Devise & bequeath
	unto my Executrix within mentioned to Do and Dispose 
	thereof as shee shall think fit Witness my hand and
	Seale the Day and year abovesaid
