In the name of God Amen
I Richard Belbin of the Burrough of Christchurch Twineham in
the County of Southton Mercer being sick of body but of sound
mind and memory doe make this my last Will and Testament 
in manner following First and principally I comend my Soul into
the hands of Allmighty God And my body to the Earth And as
touch my worldly goods I give the same as followeth First I 
Will that my debts and Fnrall charges shalbee paid and discharged 
Item I give          unto my loveing Wife Mary 



Belbin my Meadowe called Majors Mead???????????????
the terme of her naturall life if soe long shee keep herself in
my name and unmarried to any other Man But in case my
said Wife happen to Marry againe That then and in such 
Case and ymediately after such Marriage I give the said 
Meadow to my youngest sonne Henry Belbin to hold to 
him his Executors and Assignes ????? the remainder of the 
terme granted to me And also if my said Wife doe not marry 
That then ymediately after her decease I give the said Meadow called Majors
Mead to my said sonn Henry Belbin To hold to him as 
before menconed More I give to my said Wife All my 
Household goods or Household stuffe of all sorts now in my
dwelling house (my shop goods and Merchantdize goods of all
sorts excepted) To hold to my said Wife during the terme of her 
naturall life if shee shall soe long keep herself in my name as 
aforesaid And imediately after her decease or Marriage with
any other Man Then my will is And I give all my said 
Household goods to my said sonn Henry Belbin to hold to
him his Executors and Assignes forever Item More I give unto
my said sonn Henry Belbin the full sume of two hundred 
pounds of lawfull English money to bee paid him by my
Executor hereafter named on the six and twentith day of March
which will happen in the yeare of our Lord God according to 
the computacon of the Church of Englnad one thousand six
hundred ninety and seven Item I give unto my daughter Mary
Smith Wife of Dennis Smith the sume of Five Guineas of
Gold lawfull English money All the rest and residue of my
Goods and Chattles Merchantdizes and personall Estate whatsoever 
not before given I give and bequeath unto my loveing sonn Richard 
Belbin who I hereby make my full and sole Executor of this my
last Will and Testament And I doe hereby revoake disannull
and make void all former Wills and Testaments heretofore by me 
made And  doe make and ordaine this to bee my last Will and
Testament In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seale this thirteenth day of Aprill Anno Dni one thowsand six 
hundred ninety Four Rich Belbin signed sealed and published 
by the said Richard Belbin after the interlining of these words
in two severall places above written (his Executors and Assignes)
(and personall Estate) to be his last Will and testament in the 
presence of Nicholas Slade James Bemester Abigall Spuryer her 
marke James Stevens
