In the Name of God Amen I Shadrach Beall of the Towne and County of Poole Merchant
being weake in Body, But of Sound and perfect mind and memory, praise be therefore given to allmighty God, Doe make and 
ordain this my prsent last Will and Testament, in Manner and forme following (that is to say) First and principally I Comend my
soul to God that gave it, and my Body I Comitt to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrixes hereinafter named, and 
as for and touching the disposicon of such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased allmighty God to bestow upon me, I give and dispose
thereof as Followeth, First I will that all my debts and Funerall Expences be paid and discharged, Item I give grant and devise
that my Messuage or Tenement wherein I now dwell scituate lyeing and being, within the said Towne and County of Poole, in or
neer the Street there called Thames Street, with the Turfe house and garden thereunto belonging and my Cellar thereunto
belonging, and the Chambers over the same, unto my Four Grandaughters Elizabeth Irish Widdow, Mary Beall, Rebecca Adams
and Sarah Beall their heires and assignes forever equally to be divided between them Item I give grant and Devise all that 
my Messuage or Tenement in Poole aforesaid now in the possession of Walter Frampton, with the appurtenances and all that my
Messuage or Tenement in the Strand Street in Poole aforesaid now in the possession of Ri???d Parsons and Joan Adams Widdow
with the appurtenances, unto my daughter Mary Linthern wife of John Linthern and her heires forever, and my Will and 
pleasure is that my said daughter Mary Linthern doe and shall pay out of my said Messuage or Tenement in Strand Street
aforesaid and my said Messuage or Tenement now in the possession of the said Walter Frampton and the Lands and 
Hereditaments thereunto belonging Five pounds apeece unto all and every her Children, and also the sume of Five pounds
apeece unto all and every my other Grandchildren that shall be liveing at the time of my decease, to be paid within six months
after my decease, and I doe hereby charge my said Messuage or Tenement in Strand Street aforesaid and my said Messuage or 
Tenement now in the possession of the said Walter Frampton and the Lands and Hereditaments thereunto belonging, with and
for the payment thereof, Item I give and bequueath unto my said daughter Linthern my old Silver Salt, and unto her daughter
Mary my Pint Silver Cupp with one handle Item I give unto my said Grandaughter Sarah Beale my Silver Cupp that hath two
handles, Item all the rest of my plate of what kind or nature soever that I shall dye possessed of I give and bequeath unto my
said Grandaughter Mary Beall, Item I give unto my servant Judeth Scott three pounds Item I give unto Mr William Cocke Mr
Stephen Barfoot both of the Towne and County of Poole aforesaid and Mr Rawlin Raven of Wimborne Minster in the County of 
Dorset, twenty shillings apeece, whome I make overseers of this my last Will and Testament ?????re them to see the same

made In Witness whereof I the said Shadrach Beall have hereunto sett my hand and seale the thirtieth day of Aprill in 
the second Yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord ??orge by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland
