(NEW) Some preliminary travel information has been posted
If you are thinking about coming a few days before or after the meeting for a holiday and will need a rental car, it is not too
soon to book! Rental cars are quite limited in these parts due to the relatively short tourist season. Read the cancellation policy carefully and go ahead and book now if you think you will need one. Newfoundland is a big, big island, so a vehicle will be necessary to see much of anything outside of the downtown and university areas.
