In the name of God Amen I John Lock of the Towne and County of Poole Innkeeper being weak in boddy but of sound and PERfect minde and memory Thannks be therefore given to Allmighty
God doe make this my Last Will and Testament in maner & forme Following (That is to day) First I give and bequeath my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator hopeing through the Merrits
and Mediation of Jesus Christ my onely Savior and Redeemer to Inherite Eternall Life my body I Committ to the Earth to be buried in such decent manner As to my Executrix undernamed shall be
thought fitt And my will is that all my Just Debts and Funerall Expences shall be paid and Discharged by my said Executrix And as to the Rest of my Estate both Reall and PERsonall which God
of his Great Mercy hath bestowed uppon me in this Life I Give and bequeath the same as Followeth That is to say I give and bequeath unto my Two sonns William Lock & John Lock my one
Halfe part of and in a Certaine Farme comonly called or knowne by the name of Chappell Farme in the PARish of East Noyle in the County of Willts To have and to holde the same to them sevrally
and Respectively in Equall parts and tot heir sevrall and Respective Heirs (without any benefitt of Survivorshipp) forever my said sonnes William Lock & John Lock and their Respective Heirs 
Respectively paying unto my Loveing wife Elizabeth Lock out of the Profitts ariseing out of their Respective PARts of the said Estate Yearly dureing my said wives Naturall Life the some of 
Five pounds Each clear of all Rates Taxes Reparacons & other Charges whatsoever And allso my said sonne William Lock & his Heirs Paying out of the Profitts of his PARt of the said Estate 
unto my Daughter Ann Lock The sume of Sixty pounds in Twelve Moneths after my decease And my said sonne John Lock allso paying out of his PARte of the PROfitts of the said Estate unto
my said Daughter Ann Lock the sume of Forty Pounds in Twelve moneths after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my said Two sonns William Lock and John Lock all my
Estate Right Title Interest Property clayme and demand whatsoever of in and to one Moyety of a Farme comonly called or knowne by the name of Combe bissett Farme in the County
of Willts aforesaid Equally to be divided betweene them and their Respective Heirs Exrs or assignes without any Benefitt of Survivorship Item I give and bequeath unto my said Loveing Wife Elizabeth Lock Tenn pounds
PER Annum to be paid unto her Yearly by my said Two sonns Willia Lock and John Lock Respectively or their Respective Heirs Exrs admdtrs or assignes Equally betweene them (That is
to say five pounds Each out of the Moyety of Combe bissett farme aforesaid dureing my said wives Naturall Life That is to say Yearly from and after my said Two sonns William
Lock and John Lock shall be in the Actuall Possesson of the said Estate Item I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Ann Lock one Hundred Pounds to be paid unto her
by my said Two sonns William Lock and John Lock Respectively for their sevrall and Respective Heirs Exrs Admtrs or Assignes out of their Respective PARts of the Moyety of Combe
bissett farme aforesaid in one Year next after my said Two sonns William Lock and John Lock Respectively or their Respective Heirs Exrs Admtors or Assignes shall be in the 
Actuall Posesson of the said Estate or Farme aforesaid Item I give unto my said Daughter Ann Lock one Hundred pounds more in money And one Bedd and Furniture Hung
with Green Courtanns in the Chamber in the Bullhead in Poole Called the Greene Chamber The mony to be paid and the said Bedd and Furniture delivd to her or her Exrs or assigns in manner 
Following That is to say The said Bedd and Furniture to be delivrd to my said Daughter Ann Lock her Exrs or Assignes Imediately from and after my decease And Fifty Pounds of the 
said Hundred Pounds in mony to be paid unto my said Daughter her Exrs or Assignes in six Monethes next after my decease And Fifty pounds more Residue of the said Hundred Pounds in 
one Yeare after my decease by my Executrix hereafter named and if my said daughter Ann Lock shall Continue unmarried by the space of one Yeare after my decease my will is that my
said Executrix shall give her the said Ann one yeares Dyett without Paying anything for the same And my Further will and Pleasure is That if my said sonne John Lock shall dye 
before Marriage That then & in such case his PARte of the Estate herein Given him in & by this my Last will and Testament shall come to and I doe hereby give and bequeath the same unto
my said sonne William Lock and my said daughter Ann Lock Equally betweene them dureing the Life of my said daughter Ann Lock And after her decease to be and Remaine unto
my said sonne William Lock wholy and to his Heirs Exrs Admtors & Assignes for Ever And Further my will and Pleasure is that if my said sonne William Lock shall dye before Marriage that 
then his PARte Of the Estate hereinfirst given him in & by this my Last will and Testament shall come to and I doe hereby give and bequeath the same unto my said sonne John Lock his Heirs &
Assignes for Ever Anything in these prsents Conteined to the Contrary thereof in anywise Notwithstanding My said sonne John Lock paying out of the same unto my said Daughter Ann
Lock the Sume of One Hundred Pounds in Twelve Moneths next after my said sonne William Locks decease Item I give and bequeath unto my said sonne John Lock all my wearing
Apparrell and my worst Gold Ring Item I give and bequeath unto my said sonne William Lock my best Gold Ring All the Rest of my Estate both Reall & PERsonall Goods Chattells and
Houshold Stuffe of what nature or Kinde soever not hereinbefore given and bequeathed I give and bequeath the same unto my said Loveing wife Elizabeth Lock whome I doe hereby make 
and Ordeine to be the sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament And I doe hereby Revoke and make null and voyd all former wills and Testaments whatosever by me heretofore 
made And I doe Declare These prsents to be my onely Last will and Testament In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the Six and Twentith day
of Aprill int he Thirteenth Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovraigne Lady Queene Ann over Great Brittaine France and Ireland defendr of the Fayth &c Annoq Dni 1714
