Welcome to Dr. Ye's homepage. I am an assistant professor with Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Memorial University of Newfoundland (since July 1, 2011).

I received my B.S. degree from Shandong University (Ji'Nan, ShanDong, China) in 2000, and continued my mathematical education at Zhejiang University (HangZhou, ZheJiang, China). In 2004, I became a Ph.D. student in the department of mathematics at Case Western Reverve University, Cleveland, OH. I got my Ph.D. degree in August 2009 under the guidance of Dr. Stanislaw Szarek and Dr. Elisabeth Werner.

During the academic year of 2009-2010, I was a postdoctoral fellow working with Dr. Alexander Koldobsky and Dr. Mark Rudelson from the department of mathematics at University of Missouri, Columbia. I held a Fields-Ontario postdoctoral fellowship from July, 2010 to June, 2011. My supervisors were Dr. Benoit Collins and Dr. Matthias Neufang.
