Hike: Cape Spear to Fort Amherst ... 17 July 1999

Here are some photos that I took while hiking from Cape Spear to Fort Amherset on 17 July 1999. The hike was a Canada Parks Day event... several other hikes were also led out from Cape Spear that day. The one to Fort Amherst is the longest, but well worth it.

While hiking from Cape Spear to Fort Amherst, one must cross the barachois at Freshwater Bay. I've got a few photos of Freshwater Bay here.
