The Annual Vestry Meeting of All Saints Church Congregation of which due
notice was given on the Sunday previous was held in the School Room on Tuesday
Febry 10th/03 at 7 PM

Revd G H Field R.D. as chairman opened the Meeting with Prayer

The Minutes of last A.V. Meeting was read and confirmed

The Chairman then read the Act of Synod relating to Church Wardens
Vestries & Etc

The Chairman than read the amount of Ch Wardens Receipts and Expenditure
during the past year shewing                 
         Receipts $12.40 collected for Church Expenses
                  $14.92 for Material Old Lumber & Etc sold
                  $27.32 total
        Amount of $17.22 Expended leaving a Balance
               of $10.10 which was handed to
Chairman to go in to the Church Fund
Chairman than read the Amount collected for Reader & Sexton
        shewing Reader $15.25
           "    Sexton $11.40
Also, Read the names of those who had paid towards Synod assessment dues
with the amount each paid.

Proposed by chairman, seconded by Robt W Facey that a vote of thanks
be tendered the Ch Wardens for their Services the past year
carried.

Chairman Nominated Mr Jacob Penny Sr as his warden for the coming year

Proposed by Alexdr Penny Jno seconded by Wm Batson Wm of Mk that
John F Penny be elected Ch Warden       carried

Proposed by Joseph Penny Sr seconded by Alexdr Penny Sr that Herbert Barnes
be elected Sidesman     carried

Proposed by Peter Penny seconded by Alexd Penny Rich that Obadiah Penny
be elected Sidesman     carried

Proposed by Jacob Penny Sr seconded by Reuben Penny that Francis Penny James
be elected Sidesman & to assist in collecting the Readers Fees    carried

Proposed by Joseph Penny Jr seconded by Jacob Penny Sr that Andrew Batson
be Sidesman & to assist in collecting the Readers Fee           carried

The Chairman than said that Receipts from all sources toward the New
Church was              $1638.73
        and Expenditure $1613.42
        Shewing in Hand $  25.31
    with the Balance of $  10.10 from
         the Ch Wardens $  35.41

As the Sexton resigned his office and no one present would accept it,
it was left with the Ch Warden to look up a sexton
