This Indenture Quadriplite made the one and Twentyeth day of Aprill in the second yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lady Ann by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &? Annogs Dini 1703 Between William Cheesman of Lytchett Minster in the County of of Dorsett yeoman of the first parte William Oakely of Cudwell in the Parish of Great Canford in the said County of Dorsett yeoman of the second parte Ann Emberly of Lytchett Minster aforesaid mother of the said William Cheesman of the Third parte and Thomas Pike of the Towne and County of Poole Newfoundland Planter of the fourth parte Witnesseth that they rhe said William Cheesman William Oakely and Ann Emberly for and in Consideration of the sume of five shillings Lawfull English money to them in hand paid by the said Thomas Pike att and before the sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof they doe and every and either of them Doth hereby acknowledge and themselves therewith fully satisfyed have and evry and either of them Hath Granted Bargained Sold and by these presents Doe and evry and either of them Doth Grant Bargaine and Sell unto the said Thomas Pike All that Messuage or Tenement and Lands comonly called or knowne by the name of Irgant House als Organt House situate Lyeing and being in Irgant within the Parish of Lytchett Minster aforesaid Together with all those sevrall parcells of Land meadow Pasture and wood Containeing in the whole by Estimaton forty acres and a halfe to the said Messuage or Tenement belonging or appertaineing or therewith used and Enjoyed as belonging thereunto Together also with all & all maner of Houses Buildings Barnes Stables Orchards Gardens Lands Tenements Meadows pastures Feedings Comons and Comon of pasture and woods underwoods moores Heath ways Easements Rents Revertions Profitts Comodities and Hereditaments whatsoever to the said Messuage or Tenement Lands Hereditaments and premisses or any ?te thereof belonging or in any wise appertaineing and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders yearly and other Rents Dutys and Services of all the said premisses and and of evry parte & parcell thereof with the a?stinances and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Terme and number of yeares properly Claime and Demand whatsoever of them the said William Cheesman William Oakely and Ann Emberly and evry and either of them in and unto or out of the said premisses and evry parte and parcell thereof To have and to hold The said Messuage or Tenement Closes Lands Hereditaments and premisses xxx xxx xxx xxx xxxxxx with their and evry of their apstinances unto the said Thomas Pike his Executors Administrators and Assignes from hence forth for by and dureing and unto one full End and Terme of one whole yeare from hence next Ensueing and fully to be compleat and Ended yeelding and paying Therefore the Rent of one Pepper Corne only at the End of the said Terme if the same shall be Lawfully Demanded To the Intent and purpose that by vertue of these presents and of the Statute of Transferring usses into possession the said Thomas Pike may be in actuall possession of the premisses with all and singular theire a?stinances and be thereby enabled to take and accept of a Grant and Release of the same premisses to him the said Thomas Pike his Heires and Assignes for ever To the only use and behoofe of him the said Thomas Pike his Heires and Assignes for ever In Witnesse whereof xx the xxx Parties first above named to these present Indentures Interchangeably have sett their hands and Seales the Day and yeare first above written
