In the Name of God Amen
I Ann Pyke in the parish of St James revoking all former Wills
and Testaments by me made Doe make this my last Will and 
Testament as followeth first I give and bequeath unto my Sister
Parry fourteen pound a yeare during her life and the Interest of
Six hundred pound during her life and after her death I give and
bequeath to Frances Evington Two Hundred pound of good and
lawfull money of England I give and bequeath
  to Anne Webb two
  hundred pounds of good
  and lawfull money of
  England I give and bequeath
to Katherine
Evington fifty pound of good and lawfull money of England
I give and bequeath to Katherine Evington fourteen pound a
year as long as she liveth unmarried and then after to Frances 
Evington I give and bequeath to Penelope Sturrop a Hundred
and fifty pound of good and lawfull money of England I desire
my sister to give Katherine Evington a Sute of Stuffe Clothes a
Month after I am buried and five pound a year as long as my
sister liveth I give and bequeath to Jane Price five pound of good
and lawfull money of England to be paid a Month after I am
buried and a Suit of mourning I give her my Table Bedstead feather
Bed and Bolster and Blanketts Rugg and sheets that belong to it
a little Table and four Chairs if she live with me when I dye
and I give her mourning I constitute and appoint my Sister 
sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and desire
desiring her to pay my Debts and Legacies and see that my Body 
be decently buried in the parish Church where I dye to be carried
in a Hearse with four mourning Coaches and all to have Gloves 
and Wine and what is left of my Goods that my Sister doe not
care to keep for her life after debts and Legacies are paid I desire 
they may be sold and the money be equally divided between 
Frances Evington Ann Webb Katherine Evington Penelope 
Stirrop I desire my Sister to give the Writings I had for my
Annuity to my Lady Napper or who she will send for them In
witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my
hand and Seal the Two and Twentieth day of November in the
year of our Lord One thousand seven Hundred and ten in the 
ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Ann Queen of
Great Brittain France and Ireland Defender of the faith Anne
Pyke  signed sealed and Delivered as my last Will and 
Testament in the presence of Mary Tessin Sarah Bennett
Elizabeth Mugg
