The two and twentieth daie of January in the fifth yeare of the Raigne of our
Soveraigne Lord Charles by the grace of God of England Scotland France &



Ireland Kinge Defender of the faith &c I Thomas Pycke of Mucheldeane in the Countie of 
Glouc Gent sicke in body but of perfect remembrance (I doe thanke my Lord God) Doe order ??tter
and settle this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge First and principally
I recommend my Spiritt and Soule into the hands of Allmightie God my onely maker and Redeemer
by whose bllessed passion I have to bee saved and live with him blessed forever And my bodie to bee
buried in the Church or churchyard of Mucheldeane or Abinhall in sure and certaine hope of resureccon
from the dead unto eternall life Item I give and bequeath unto the poore of the parishes of Mucheldeane
and Abinhall the some of twentie shillings to bee by my Overseers distributed accordinge to theire
discrecon Item my will is that my lands Tenements and hereditaments shall paie my debts and
after my debts being paid and my funerall expences discharged Then my will is that if my wife
bee with Child of a sonne That then such sonne shall have all my freelands whatsoever Provided
allwaies that that sonee shall paie to my Two Daughters Mary and Joane the some of two hundred
pounds apeece soe soone as it maie bee possibly raised and ??creased out of my lands (my debts beinge
first paid) Item I give and bequeath to my two daughters Mary and Joane all my lease and Coppiehold
lands wch lyeth in ??ardeane or elsewheare Item all the rest of my goods Cattells and Chattells
unbequeathed and not given I doe give and bequeath unto Joane my now wife whom I doe make my
whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament In witnes whereof I have hereunto
sett my hand and seale the daie and yeare first abovewritten Lastly I doe appointe and nominate my
beloved friends Thomas Wade my Father in lawe Edward Morse and my brother in lawe Willm
