Bee it Knowne unto all men
by these presents That I Walter Pike of Beerferris in the county of
Devon Marriner now in his Majesties Ship Centurian ???? made
named authorized and appoynted and in my stead and ??????? and
constituted my trusty and welbeloved friend Edith Robinson of Wapping
in the parrish of White Chappell in the County of Middx widow my ???? &
lawfull Attorney and deputy Irrevocable to aske ???by demand take up reco
ver and receive for me and in my name and to my use all and singular
such debts wages somme or sommes of money prize money goods Chat
tells and adventures whatsoever as now??? or which hereafter shall or
may bee due owe???? belonging or in any wise appertayning unto me by or
from any person or persons whatsoever or whosoever Giveing and hereby
granting unto my said Attorney my full and whole power & authority
in the premises as if I my selfe were personally present To does say sue
prosecute impleade attache and arrest seize sequester imprison and con
demne and out of prison again to deliver and to recover and ?????? as alsoe to
compound and agree And upon the recoveries and receipts as alsoe upon
any com??s??on or agreement acquittances or other discharges for the same
in my name to make seale and deliver and Attorney or Attorneyes under
her to appoynt And at her pleasure them ^ to revoke And whatsoever my			 	^ again
said Attorney or Attorneyes shall doe or cause to bee lawfully done in or about
the premises I doe promise to ???????? establish allow and ???????????? by these
presents And further whensoever it shall please Almighty God that I the Said
Walter Pike shall departe that life and dye I give will & bequeath unto the
said Edith Robinson all and Singular my estate as wages apparell goods
Chattells moveables and Immoveables whatsoever as I shall bee possessed
of at the tyme of my decease or as shalbe remayning in the hands custo
dy or possession of any other person or persons whatsoever And I doe make
and ordayne the said Edith Robinson Full and sole executrix of this my last
will and Testament and none other revoking and des??nulling all other Deeds
writts ???????? wills and Testaments by me formerly made In witness
whereof I the said Walter pike have hereunto set myhand and seale
Dated the one and Thirtieth day of March in the fourteenth yeare of the
?????? of our Sovereigne Lord Charles the second by the Grace of God
King of England Scotland France and Ireland ?????? defender of the
