31 December 1823 Will of Sarah Pike of Kew, Surrey (proved 30 June 1824)

I Sarah Pike of Kew in the County of Surry being of Sound
mind memory and Understanding praised be God for the same do make
this my last will and testament as follows First I give and bequeath to
my Sister Bridget Flemming all the Interest from my Funded and Personal
property during her life and fater the demise of Bridget Flemming I give 
and bequeath to the Children of Nathaniel Pike late of Woolwich in
the County of Kent the Sum of Five hundred Pounds Stock Standing 
in the long Annuities to be equally divided among them Share & Share 
alike I also give and bequeath to Elizabeth Snoftwell two hundred Pounds 
Stock in the long Annuities for her own use and benefit I also give 
and bequeath to Frances Curnock the Sum of twenty Pounds for her 
own use and benefit I also give and bequeath to Phillis Claghorn twenty 
Pounds for her own and benefit I also give and bequeath to Mary
							     Orchard


Orchard Fifty Pounds for her use and benefit I also give and bequeath 
to Elizabeth Blanchard five Pounds for her use and benefit I also give 
and bequeath to Mrs Mary Layton thirty Pounds for her use and 
benefit also Miss Mary Layton I give my Watch I also give and 
bequeath to Francis Filkin thirty Pounds for her use and benefit I also 
give and bequeath to Charlotte Dalgas thirty Pounds for her own use 
and benefit It is my wish to be intered in the Church Yard of Hamersmith
I also give and bequeath to John Middleship and Thomas Layton One
hundred Pounds to each of them for their own use and benefit I also 
do appoint John Middleship and Thomas Layton to be my joint Executors 
of this my last Will and testament to which I hereunto set my hand and 
seal this thirty first day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and twenty three Sarah Pike LS Signed Sealed and 
delivered in the presence of us Fs Hutchinson  John Bruce 

Proved at London 30th June 1824 before the Worshipful John Trenchard 
Prikard Doctor of Laws & Surrogate by the oaths of John Middleship & Thomas 
Layton the Executors to whom Admon was granted having been first 
sworn duly to Administer
