This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Pike of the Hamlet of Deritend in the Parish of Aston near Birmingham in the County of Warwick Pork Butcher First I direct my just debts funeral expences and the costs of the Probate and Execution of this my Will to be paid by my Eexecutrix hereinafter named with and out of my Personal Estate Also I give devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever whereof or whereto I shall be seized possessed or entitled or have power to dispose at the time of my decease unto my dear Wife Susannah Pike her heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for her and their own user and bene fit absolutely And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will revoke all other Wills by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Samuel Pike have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty eighth day of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Saml Pike LS Signed sealed published and declared by the said Samuel Pike the Testator as and for his last Will and Test- ment in the presence of us present at the same time who as well in his presence as in that of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Thos Simcox Atty Birmm Richd Handford his Clerk Proved at London 26th Octr 1850 before the Judge by the Oath of Susannah Pike Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn (by Commission) duly to administer
