This is the last Will and Testament of me John Pike of New Windsor in the County of Berks which I make in the following manner namely I give and devise unto Mr Thomas Arthur Moore the sum of forty pounds and after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences it is my Will and desire that the Residue or Remainder of all my real and personal property that I shall die possessed of shall be divided into two equal parts the one to be paid to my Wife Rebecca Pike as soon as convenient may be after my decease and the other to be paid to my daur Jemina Pike when she shall have attained the age of twenty one years and I do hereby appoint the aforesaid mr Thomas Arther Moore of New Windsor sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four The mark of John Pike signed sealed published and declared in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses John Gannfield James Slatter Nathaniel Sedgley of New Windsor Proved at London 13th Septr 1833 before the Worshipful William Calverley Curteis Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Thomas Arthur Moore the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
