I Edith Pike of London
Widow Do hereby make and declare this my last Will &
Testament as follows I do hereby (after payment of my
debts) Give devise and bequeath all my Estate and Effects
both Reall and Personall unto my Honoured Father Benjamin
Mason his heires Executors and Administrators In Trust for
my Daughter Anna Maria Pike her heires Executors & 
Administrators when she shall attain her Age of one &
Twenty yeares or be Married which shall happen but in
case she shall dye before she shall attain her said Age of
one and Twenty yeares or be Married Then I give
devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto
my said Father his heires Executors and Administrators
absolutely And do hereby nominate and appoint my said
Father sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and Seale this sixteenth
day of September Anno Dni 1725  Edith Pike  Signed
Sealed Published and declared by the said Edith Pike
to be her last Will and Testament in the Presence of us
who have subscribed our names as Witnesses in her
Presence  Byles White  Anna Gannan  ?? Avis
