This is the last Will and Testament
of me Aaron Pike of Mitton in the Parish of Breton in the County of 
Worcester Farmer I direct all my just debrs funeral and testamentary expences


be fully paid by my executrix hereinafter named And I do hereby give bequeath
and dispose of to my dear wife Frances Pike all and singular my live and dead farm-
ing stock crops agricultural implements household furniture monies securities for mo-
ney goods chattels Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever To hold the same
to the said Frances Pike her executors administrators and assigns for her and their
own absolute use and disposal I also give and devise to the said Frances Pike and
her heirs all real estates whatsoever which I may happen to die seized of (except
trust and mortgage estates) To hold the same to the said Frances Pike and her
heirs for her own absolute use I devise all estates which shall be vested in 
me upon any trust or by way of mortgage to the said Frances Pike and her heirs
To hold to her and her heirs upon the trusts and equities affecting the same last
mentioned estates respectively I appoint my said wife and my son Aaron 
Executrix and Executor of this my will and revoke all former and other test-
mentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made As witness my hand
this twelfth day of June one thousand eight hundred and forty four
Aaron Pike   Signed and declared by the said Aaron Pike as and for
his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in
the presence of each other all being present at the same time have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto   Samuel Moore Tewkesbury

I Aaron Pike of Mitton in the Parish of Bredon in the County of
Worcester Farmer do declare this to be a Codicil to be added to and taken as part of
my last will and testament bearing equal date herewith whereas I have by my
said will given bequeathed devised and disposed of all my real and personal estates
whatsoever to my dear wife Frances Pike her heirs executors administrators and as-
signs absolutely and have appointed to her my said wife and my son Aaron Executrix
and executor of this my will Now I do hereby declare my will and mind to be
that if my said wife shall after my decease marry again and thereby become
the wife of a second husband that then and in that case and from thenceforth I
do hereby revoke annul and declare absolutely void all and every the devises and be-
quests contained in my said will in favor of my said wife her heirs executors
administrators and assigns and from and after such marriage of my said wife I
do hereby give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estates whatsoever
unto and equally between and amongst my three children Aaron Pike Sarah Pike
and Mary Ann Pike and their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns
as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and thenceforth I do hereby appoint
my son the said Aaron Pike sole Executors of my said will and revoke the appoint
ment of my said wife as executrix as aforesaid As witness my hand this twelfth
day of June one thousand eight hundred and forty five   Aaron Pike

said will in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each
other all being present at the same time have hereto subscribed our names as

Proved at London (with a Codicil) 28th April 1848 before the Judge by the
oath of Aaron Pike the son one of the Executors to whom admon was grant-
ed having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer Power reserved of
making the like grant to Frances Pike widow the relict the other Executor
(during widowhood) when she shall apply for the same
