In the name of God Amen I Mary Tizard
of Litchett Minster in the County of Dorsett Widdowe beinge sicke in body
but of good and perfect memorye doe make this my last Will and Testament
First I bequeath my Soule unto God that gave it mee and my bodye to the grounde
Item I give unto my Five children Five pounds a peece and unto my daughter
Martha my wearinge apparrell I give unto my Sonne John Savage and his
heires all my land in Litchett Minster whome I make my heire and sole and
whole Executor and to take all my goods and pay all my debts and Legacies And
that my said Sonne John Savage my Executor shall have a tenn yeares time to
paye the said Legacies which is to be raysed out of my Land Fiftye shillings a
yeare That is to each of my said Five children Tenn shillings a yeere a yeare
untill it be payde In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand this
one and twentieth day of January One Thowsand six hundred Fiftie One And
I doe heerby publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

This Will was proved at Westminster
before the Judges for probate of Wills and grauntinge Administrations
accordinge to an Act of Parliament intituled an Act for probate of
wills and grauntinge Administrations The three and twentieth day of May
in the yeare of our Lord God One Thowsand six hundred Fiftie and
three by the Oath of John Savage the naturall sonne of the said
deceased and sole Executor named in the said will To whome was
committed Administration of all and singular the goods Chattells and
debts of the said deceased hee beinge first sworne by Commission well
and trulie to Administer the same
