This is the last Will & Testament of
me Mark White Seager of the Town & County of Poole
Merchant being of sound & disposing mind memory & understanding
& made made in manner following (that is to say) First I will that all my
just debts & Funeral Expences be paid & discharged Also I give
devise & bequeath unto my Daughter Chatfield Green Wife of
William Green of Poole aforesaid Merchant all that my Messuage
Tenement or Dwelling house with the Outbuildings & Appurts that is
belonging situate in the Old Orchard in Poole aforesaid
              now in my own occupation some part of which
said Messuage Tenement or Dwelling house or of the Outbuildings &
Appurts belonging thereto being freehold of Inheritance To hold such
Freehold part to her my said Daughter her heirs & Assigns for ever & the other
part thereof being Leasehold To hold such leasehold part to my said Daur
her Exors Admors & Assigns for & during all the rest Residue & Remainder
of my Estate & Interest therein Also I give & bequeath unto Mary Seager
Mardell Daughter of my late Nephew James Mardell deceased the
Sum of Two hundred Pounds to be paid her by my Executors &
Executrix hereinafter named on her attaining her age of twenty one
years & in the meantime & until she shall attain the said age the
clear yearly Sum of Ten Pounds by equal half yearly payments all the
Rest Residue & Remainder of my Goods Chattels Personal Estate &
Effects whatsoever or wheresoever I give devise & bequeath unto my
three Children Mark Seager John Seager & Chatfield Green equally
to be divided between & amongst them part & share alike & to their
several & respective Exors Admors & Assigns & I do hereby nominate
constitute & appoint my said three Children Mark John & Chatfield
joint Executors & Executrix of this my last Will & Testament hereby
revoking & making void all former Wills & Codicils by me at any time
heretofore made & do declare this only to be my last Will & Testa-
-ment In Witness whereof I the said Mark White Seager the Testator
have hereto my hand & Seal subscribed & set the 26th day of April
in the year of Our Lord 1811  Mark White Seager  Signed
Sealed Published & Declared by the said Mark White Seager the
Testator (the words "day & year" in the last line but one being first
obliterated) as & for his last Will & Testament in the presence of us
who at his request & in his presence & in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as Witnesses  Joseph Besant  Samuel
Thompson  Geo B Bellows

Proved at London 21st March 1815 before the Judge by the Oaths
of John Seager Esqr the Son & Chatfield Green (Wife of William
Green the Daur & two of the Exors to whom Admon was granted being
first sworn duly to administer  Power Reserved to Mark Seager the
Son & other Exor
