Memorandum That on or aboute the Sixteenth day of
June in the year of our Lord god one thousand six hundred Fyfty and six George
Peters of the Citty of Bristoll Merchant being bound on a vioage to sea and being
in perfect mynde and memorie was by Enoch Edwards als Clarke and John Edwards
both of Bristoll demannded how hee would dispose of his estate in Case hee should
never returne backe who answered and declared himselfe in theise words to witt
if I never returne I give all that I have to my brother in law Captaine Dover
And aboute two or three daies after tooke his voyage to sea All which was soe


declared before us The marke of Enoch Edwards als Clarke John Edwards

On the eleaventh day of January in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand
six hundred Fyfty and eight English stile issued Forth letters of administration unto
Captaine Robert Dover the brother in Law and universall legatarie named in this
will nuncupative to administer the goodes Chattells and debts of the said George Peters
the Testator deceased accordinge to the said will for the noe executor is therein named 
hee being First sworne by Commyssion truely to adminsiter
