This is the last Will and Testament of me Chatfield Green of the Town and County of Poole Widow I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay and discharge all my just debts funeral and testamenta- ry expences and the expences of proving and registering this my will I give and bequeath all my plate unto all my children in equal shares as tenants in common but nevertheless if any of my children shall have died in my lifetime leaving issue I direct that such issue shall take the share which their parent or respective parents would if living have taken and I direct that my executors shall divide the said plate by weight among the several parties entitled thereto all my wear- ing apparel ornaments linen books pictures china glass household goods and furniture and all other my Personal Estate I give and bequeath unto such of my daugh- ters as shall be unmarried at the time of my decease in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and I appoint William Williams of Poole afore- said Gentleman and John Brown of the same place Gentleman joint Executors of this my will hereby revoking all other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I the said Chatfield Green have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this eighteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and fifty two Chatfield Green Signed and acknowledged by the said Chatfield Green as her will in the presence of us present at the same time and who in her presence and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses H M Aldridge Solr Poole Josh Harner his Clerk Proved at London 6th Novr 1854 before the Judge by the oaths of William Williams and John Brown the executors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer
