In the name of god amen In the yere of our Lord god a Thousande fyve hundreth
Fourtye and twoo The Tenthe Day of Septembre I Lewis Yevans of the Citie of Bristoll Taillour hole of mynde
and parfitt of remembrannce do make my testament in this maner and fourme as here after folowith First I
bequeth my soule to almighty god and my body to be buried in Redlyfe Church in Saint Anne Ile Item I yeve and
bequethe to the RePARacions of Redlyf Churche aforesaid xl s Item I yeve and bequeth to Parkyn Philipps a blak
furryd gowne and a doublet of tawny Chamlet Item I yeve to my brother John Yevans a doublet of velwet a paire of 
hose of myn owne weryng a CAp a gowne or a Cote Clothe and x s in money Item I yeve and bequeth xx s to be
distributed in bred amongs the poure people Item I gyve to Elizabeth my servnt twoo yardes of Red to mak her a kirtell
besids her wages Item I geve and bequeth to every of my Overseers v s Item I will have all my services and masses doon
in Saint Nicholas Churche wt all the priests of Radlyf and my monethes mynde to be kept in Radlyf Church aforsaid wt
all the priests of Saint Nicholas Church aforsaid And all my goodes moveable and unmoveable not above mencioned I geve
and bequeth to Katheryn my wife whom I do make my verye executrice of this my last will accordyng to my mynde
And for a more suertie of the PERformyng of this my PREnt testament and last will I do make the said Parkyn Philipps and John
Wode my Overseers Then being witnesse hereof maister Roger Coke mayer sir Thomas Ewyn Curate sir William Hunte
and the said Parkyn Phillips with other yeven the Day and yere above written
