In the Name of God Amen I ???? Easton of the
Towne and County of Poole  widow, being sick & weak of Body, but of perfect
mind and memory, thanks be given to God therefore do make and Ordain this to be my
last Will and Testament in ???nner ??? form following, That is to say First and
principally I give my ???????? that gave it And my Body to the Earth to be buried
after a Christian & dec??t manner, at the discretion of my Children, James and Elizabeth
under ??entio??d, and as to such worldly Estate wherewith God hat been pleased to bless me
in this Life I give devise & bequeath the same as followeth Imprimis I 
give and bequeath all that my Dwelling house, which I now liveth in, with ye Turf house &
Appurtenances thereunto belonging; unto my Daughter Elizabeth, and to her Children And in
Case my said Daughter should decease without Issue, my Will is that the said House
Turfhouse & Appurtenances shall Return Remaine & be, to my son James Easton and to 
his Heirs forever. Item I give & bequeath unto my son James Easton One piece of Gold and my
largest Silver Dish. Item I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth, One Piece of Gold
and all the Pitch and Tarr, that now I have in my Possession, Item I give and bequeath to 
my two Grandchildren George, & John Writtell, the meanest of my Standing Beds, & furniture
whatsoever thereunto belonging; and also my Chest in ye Outward Chamber, and my two largest Brass
Kittells, One Gold Ring and One Piece of Gold, and my smallest Silver Dish, to be
equally Divided betwixt them. Item I give and bequeath to my Son and Daughter 
Aforesaid, All my wearing Apparel and Linnen to be Equally divided Betwixt them
and All the Rest of my Goods h?????o?d Utensils and movables whatsoever not herein
mentioned given & bequeathed I give and bequeathe the same unto my said Son James 
Easton. And lastly my will and desire is, that my Debts (if any be) and my funeral Expences
shall be Satisfied and paid equally by & between my said Son James Easton and my daughter
Elizabeth aforesaid. And I do hereby make Void and dissanull all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made, and do hereby Nominate and Appoint this and none other 
to be my Last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I the said  Alice
Easton have hereunto sett my hand and seal, the One and Twentieth day of May
in the Fourth year of hte Reign of our Soveraign Lady Queen Anne over
England &c  Anno q? Dni 1705
