This is the last Will and Testament of
me Robert Tito Durell of the town and county of Poole Gentleman
which I make in manner following (that is to say) First I direct my just
debts funeral expences and the charges of the probate hereof to be
paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary
Durell the use and enjoyment of all my household Goods & Furniture
Plate Linen China Prints and printed books watches jewels and
Trinkets and also the Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular
my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever & wheresoever
situate in England or elsewhere and the interest dividends and
annual produce of all and singular my personal estate and effects
whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever which
I shall die seized possessed of interested in or entitled unto for & during
the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her
decease I give devise and bequeath the same in manner following
(that is to say) as to all that my messuage Tenement or dwell-
inghouse in which I now reside situate lying and being in the
New Orchard in Poole aforesaid with the Garden Hereditaments
and premises thereto belonging or occupied therewith and also as
to all my household Goods and furniture Plate Linen China Prints and
printed books watches jewels and Trinkets and other articles and
things in and about my said dwelling house except my money
and securities for money and title Deeds I give devise and bequeath the
same and every part thereof unto my daughter Mary Durell To
Hold the same and every part thereof unto her my said daug-
hter Mary Durell her heirs executors admors and assigns
absolutely for ever and as to all the rest residue and remainder of
my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real &
personal and of what nature or kind soever the same shall be
I give devise and bequeath the same unto and equally amongst
my sons John Nickleson Durell David Durell and Robert Tito
Durell and to my said daughter Mary Durell To hold the
same unto them the said John Nickleson Durell David Durell
and Robert Tito Durell and Mary Durell equally to be divided
amongst them share and share alike and to take as tenants in
common and not as joint tenants and to their several and respective
heirs and Assigns absolutely for ever And lastly revoking all
former wills by me made I declare this only to be my last will
and Testament and to appoint my said dear wife Mary Durell
and my said daugther Executrixes hereof In witness whereof
I the said Robert Tito Durell the Testator have to this my
last will and Testament subscribed my name and affixed my
seal this thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thous-
and eight hundred and sixteen  Robt T Durell  Signed sealed
published and declared by the said Robert Tito Durell the Testator
as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who
at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the
due execution hereof  Thos Parr  Willm Parr  Robert
Henning Parr

Proved at London 6th November 1818 before the Judge by
the oaths of Mary Durell widow the Relict and Mary
Durell the daughter the Executrixes to whom admon was
granted they having been first sworn by Commission duly
to admr
