In the Name of God Amen										["John Nickleson Durell" is written in the margin]
I John N Durell of the Town and County of Poole in Dorsetshire
being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my
last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I will
that all my debts and funeral charges be paid and discharged by my Executrix
hereinafter named Also I do give to my dear Wife all my Goods and Chattels and
also my Interest and Share in the Long Annuities standing in my name and
his name amounting to Sixty pounds Pr Annum and also One thousand pounds
Stock in the 3 Pr Cent Consolidated Annuities to her heirs and assigns for ever Also
I do give unto my Wife during her life the Interest on Twelve hundred pounds Stock
in the 3 Pr Cent Consolidated Annuities (or on such Sum as may appear standing
in my name only) and after her decease to go to my dear Sister Mary Durell  and
her heirs and assigns for ever Lastly I do make and constitute my dear Wife
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament dated this Fourteen day of June
in the year of our Lord 1817  Jno N Durell  LS  Witnesses J S Stansmore

Be it Known unto all Men by these Presents that I John N Durell
have made and declared my last Will and Testament in Writing bearing date the Fourteen
day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventeen I
John N Durell do by these Presents contained in this Codicil confirm and ratify my
said Last Will and do give and bequeath unto my said dear Wife all that Messuage
or Tenement situated on the Parade in the Town and County of Poole Dorset together
with all appurtenances thereunto belonging now in my own occupation and to her
heirs and assigns for ever I do likewise give and bequeath unto my dear Wife all
and every benefit that may Accrue from the Will of my Father Robert T Durell
deceased either in Lands Tenements Securities for money or otherwise And my Will and
meaning is that this Codicil be esteemed part of my said Will and Testament In Witness



whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 5th day of March 1819

Proved at London with a Codicil 8th July 1831 before the Judge by the Oath of Dorothy
Durell Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted
