This is the last Will and Testament
of me Elizabeth Durell of the Town and County of
Poole Widow made the twenty seventh day of May
one thousand seven hundred and seventy nine as follows
First I will that all my just Debts and funeral Expences
be paid and discharged Item I give and bequeath
unto my Son Robert Tito Durell my Clock Item
I give and bequeath unto my Niece Sarah Gleed
five pounds and my little turn up Bedstead with
the Bed and other Furniture thereto belonging
and all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels
and Personal Estate of what nature or kind
soever that I shall died possessed of or intitled
unto I give and bequeath unto my Sons Tito Durell
and Robert Tito Durell equally to be divided
between them part and share alike Also I give
and devise unto my said Sons Tito Durell and
Robert Tito Durell my Tenement situate at or
near Leg Lane in Poole aforesaid and all other
my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
whatsoever To hold unto my said Sons their
Heirs and Assigns for ever to be equally divided
between them part and share alike and to take
as Tenants in Common and Lastly I do hereby
nominated and appoint the said Tito Durell and
Susannah his Wife and the said Robert Tito Durell
and Mary his wife the Executors and Executrixes
of this my Will hereby revoking all former
wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said
Elizabeth Durell have hereto set my hand and Seal
the Day and year first above written  Eliz Durell
Signed sealed published and declared by the said
Elizabeth Durell in the presence of us who in her
presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto

This Will was proved at London the twelfth
Day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety one before the Right
Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws
Master Keeper or commissary of the Prerogative
Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the
Oaths of Tito Durell the Son Susann Durell (Wife
of the said Tito Durell) and Mary Durell (Wife of
Robert T Durell) the Son also of the said deceased and
three of the Executors named in the said Will to
whom administration of all and singular the Goods
Chattels and Credits of the said deceased was granted


the having been first sworn by Commission duly to
administer power reserved of making the like Grant
to the said Robert Tito Durell the other Executor
named in the said Will when he shall apply for the
same
