In the Name of God Amen I Aaron Durell of the town and County of Poole Ironmonger being in health of Body and of Sound Mind and Memory Do make and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First and principally I comit my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping for a pardon of all my Sins thro' the Merits of Christs Death and my Body I commit to the Earth to be buried in a Decent manner at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named And as touching the Distribution of such Worldly Goods and Estate as I Shall have or Shall Dye possessed of I Give and Dispose in manner following that is to say First I Will and Direct that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences be paid and Discharged Also I do hereby Give and Devise unto my loving Wife Martha All and Singular the Messuage Tenement or Dwelling House which I now live in and also the Messuage Tenement or Dwelling house which I purchased of and from Messrs Robert and Spence Young with the Appurts thereunto respectively belonging or appertaining To have and To hold the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditts and Premisses with the Appurts unto my said loving Wife Martha and her Assigns for and during the Term of her natural life without Impeachment of Wast and from and Imediately after her Decease I do hereby Devise the said messuages Tenements Lands Hereditts and Premisses with the Appurts unto Thomas Bird of Poole aforesaid Mercer and his Heirs for and during the natural life of my Daughter in Law Sarah Hawkesford to the Intent to Support and preserve the Contingent remainders of this my Will hereinafter limitted that the same may not be Distroyed But in Trust Nevertheless that he the said Thomas Bird and his Heirs Shall and may Permit and Suffer her the said Sarah Hawkesford and her Assigns to have receive and take all and Singular the rents Issues and Profits of the said messuages Tenements Lands Hereditts and Premisses and every part thereof to and for her and their own use and benefit for and during the Term of her natural life And from and Imediately after her Decease I Do hereby Give and Devise the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditts and Premisses with the Appurts unto and amongst all and every Child and children of the Body of the said Sarah hawkesford lawfully begotten and to be begotten if She Shall leave any such child or children at her Death To hold the same unto such Child or children (of more than one) and to their respective Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants But if it Shall happen that such Child or children (if more than one) of the Body of the said Sarah Hawkesford as aforesaid Shall dye before he She or they Shall respectively attain the age of Twenty one years Or if the said Sarah Hawkesford Shall happen to Dye leaving no Child or children of her Body as aforesaid That then and in either of the said Cases last mentioned my Will is and I do hereby from and Imediately after the Death of such Child or Deaths of such Children (if more than one) so dying before he She or they shall attain the respective ages of Twenty one years as aforesaid Or the Death of the said Sarah Hawkesford so Dying without leaving any Child or children as aforesaid such of them as Shall first happen Give and Devise the said messuages Tenements Lands Hereditts and Premisses with the Appurts to my Nephew Thomas Pyke Durell To hold the same unto my said nephew Thomas Pyke Durell his Heirs and Assigns forever Also I Give and bequeath unto my said loving Wife All and Singular my Household Goods Linnen Rings and Plate to have and Enjoy the use thereof for and during the Term of her Natural life and from and after her Death I do hereby Give and bequeath the same unto my said Daughter in Law Sarah Hawkesford her Executors Admors and Assigns to and for their own use and benefit for ever Also I Do hereby Give and bequeath unto the said Sarah Hawkesford the Sum of One thousand pounds to be paid to her by my Executrix hereinafter named within twelve Months after my decease Also I do hereby Give and bequeath unto my Nephews David Durell and the said Thomas Pyke Durell the Sum of Ten pounds each And also all my Wearing Apparel to be Equally Divided and parted between them Share and Share alike Also all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever I Do hereby Give and bequeath unto my said loving Wife Martha whom I do hereby make and Appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making Void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made hereby Declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Aaron Durell the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty fourth day of March In the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Eight Aaron Durell Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testator above named as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto in the presence of the said Testator and at his request and in the presence of each other Alexr Campbell John Oliver Henry Linscombe This Will was proved at London the Twenty first day of April In the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty one before the Right Worshipful Edward Simpson Doctor of Laws Master Keeper of Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Martha Durell Widow the Relict of the deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was Granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased She having been first Sworn by Commission duly to Administer Exd
