    Memorandum
That William Cheesman late whilst he lived of Litchett
Minister in the Countie of Dorsett husbandman deceased on or about the
Moneth of December Anno Domini One thousand six hundred sixtie
Two being sicke in body but of perfect minde and memory made and
declared his last Will and Testament ?????upatrie or by words of mouth
in manner and forme following ???deliver he gave all that he had to Isabell
his Daughter whome nominated and appoynted his Executrix which
words or the like in effect he uttered and spake in the presence and hearing
of Robert Cheeseman John Cheesman and others the marke of John
Cheesman abovenamed the marke of Robert Cheesman abovenamed

Probatum fuit [the rest of the paragraph is in Latin and appears to grant
probate at London on 22 April 1663]
