In the name of god Amen I John Bysse of Publow
being of PERfett remembrannce and memory make my Testament and last will after this manr as followeth
First I bequeth and comyt my soule to almightie god my body to be buryed in the Church yarde of 
Publow Also I bequeth to evry of my Children the wch I have had by Julyan my wif forty pounds
and yt it should be that any of theym shuld dye wythin age or tyme of delyvrannce of the saied fortye
poundsto a?e?? of the saied Children that is to saye James John and and Peter Agnes Mrgarett and Francs
that then the saied somm shuld remayne to the residue by evene porcons devyded Also I gyve to Tenne PERsons
as their names dothe appeare in abill evry of theym a Coteclothe of black Frep of myn own making
The residue of my goodes not gyven nor bequethed I gyve unto my wif whom I confirme and orden 
to be my Executor and my wif wytnes John Pyks of Bristowe thelder  John Byss thelder
