"All Newfoundland Births"

What follows are summarised details of Stagg entries in the collection of "All Newfoundland Births" held at PANL. Civil registration in Newfoundland began about 1892. The ANB collection contains details of births that were not registered on time, as well as other documents that were submitted to government by people who (for various reasons) needed to provide evidence of their age, etc. I have posted on a separate webpage Stagg entries from the civil registrations of births.

This list constitutes a typescript of my handwritten extraction from the records held at PANL, which is to say that I may have inadvertantly introduced some errors while transcribing and typing... as always, you should double-check against the original records.
