    Registration fees for the conference include registration material, and continental breakfasts, coffee breaks during the three days (July 18-20, 2010) of the conference. It also includes an invitation to the evening reception on Sunday, July 18 at The Rooms - Level III atrium (9 Bonaventure Avenue - View the map) with a breath-taking St. John's Harbour view. In addition, it includes an individual box lunch only for CAIMS*SCMAI members during the AGM meeting on Monday, July 19.

    Registration fees do not include the evening banquet tickets on Monday, July 19. Maximum two banquet tickets can be purchased via online registration. Ticket(s) at $75.00/ticket including 13% HST and 15% gratuity. Banquet includes dinner and 55 minutes of "Newfoundland and Labrador Showcase Stage Show" - Spirit of Newfoundland Production. A colorful vocal and theatrical stage show that features 4 vocalists, an exceptional band, celtic dancers and an irreverent host. A quality night of great performance, fun and laughter.     Student/Postdoctoral Fellow Registration:
    If you are registering as a student/postdoctoral fellow, please be prepared to provide a valid student/postdoctoral fellow photo ID when you pick up your badge and conference registration material at the conference.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations must be made in writing - please email abuddin@mitacs.ca with the subject line: CAIMS-2010 Cancellation
    Cancellations received before July 9, 2010 will be refunded less a $40.00 cancellation fee.
    Cancellations received after July 9, 2010 will not be refunded.
